  • Predictive Customers predict whether a product, brand or company’s reputation is on the rise or on the decline amongst end-customers. These predictions are weighted to isolate the
    importance of brands and/or countries to specific companies, expressed as a Growth Factor.
  • The Growth Factor is both a weighted measure of a company’s revenue potential relative to its competitive set and a lead indicator of a company’s health and reputation.
